Role & Responsibility:

We are looking for a seeking a junior web and server administrator to assist with the ongoing management of client websites, hosting environments, and domain-related services. This is a foundational, full-time technical position suited for someone with basic to intermediate experience in web administration who can work efficiently under direct supervision. The selected candidate will support day-to-day website maintenance, handle DNS and hosting configurations, and ensure consistent uptime and performance across multiple client environments.

Skills:

• 2+ years with website hosting, management, and DNS configuration
• Familiarity with common control panels (cPanel, Plesk) and cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and file management via FTP or SFTP
• Ability to troubleshoot domain, SSL, or website issues methodically
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated but comfortable following direct supervision

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update websites hosted across various platforms (WordPress, cPanel, Apache, etc.)
• Handle domain management, DNS adjustments, SSL renewals, and email-related configurations
• Perform basic server administration and routine maintenance tasks
• Assist in website migrations, backups, and version control updates
• Coordinate directly with the Managing Director for task prioritization and scheduling
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and configurations
