Role Overview

Junior Unity Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage

  Unity Addressable Assets

  for efficient memory usage and smooth game performance.
• Design and develop

  Unity UI systems

  (layouts, prefabs, animations, transitions) to ensure polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and prototype

  hypercasual mobile games

  , from concept to playable experiences.
• Work with the design and art teams to bring

  creative ideas

  into visually appealing gameplay.
• Optimize assets and UI for

  mobile performance and responsiveness

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in

  Unity game development

  (internships, academic, or personal projects are acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of

  Unity Addressables

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Unity UI (UGUI, prefabs, animation, transitions)

  .
• Understanding of

  hypercasual game mechanics and design principles

  .
• Creativity and a strong eye for

  visual detail and aesthetics

  .
• Basic proficiency in

  C# scripting

  .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and senior developers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  2D/3D asset integration and particle systems

  .
• Exposure to

  shader graph or custom shaders

  .
• Familiarity with

  version control tools (Git)

• Portfolio of projects showcasing
