Job Description

Responsibilities/ Duties Translate business and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless and user-friendly interfaces Use Figma to create and maintain design systems and UI components Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews Manage and document design tasks and progress using Jira Understand and simplify complex supply chain processes into intuitive UI/UX solutions Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback Ensure consistent design language across products and platforms Criteria for the Role! 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing user flow creation, wireframes, and product design work (Portfolio link must be available in the resume) Proficiency in Figma/FigJam, Mockflow, Miro, Whimsical for UI/UX design tasks Experience with Jira or similar tools for task tracking and collaboration Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Ability to understand and visualize complex business workflows Competency Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise product design Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer handoff Exposure to usability testing and user-centered design practice
