Junior Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process patient samples (blood, urine, serum, etc.) for testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.
• Perform routine biochemical, serological, hematological, and pathology tests.
• Ensure quality control by running calibrations and documenting results.
• Accurately record and report test findings to senior staff or physicians.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of reagents, samples, and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and replenishing lab supplies.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or relevant field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a biochemistry lab (freshers with internship experience can apply).
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and laboratory best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹16,326.97 - ₹18,151.34 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
