Junior Teacher

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and confident Junior Teacher who loves the stock market and wants to grow into a professional educator.
You will be trained and guided by senior mentors on how to teach effectively, handle batches, and connect with students. After the training period, you’ll gradually start taking your own classes independently and play a key role in shaping Harvvest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo training to learn Harvvest’s teaching style, structure, and classroom methods.
• Assist in live and theory sessions during your initial learning phase.
• Gradually start handling classes on trading, investing, and financial market concepts.
• Deliver sessions with clarity, confidence, and practical market examples.
• Handle student queries and doubts and provide one-on-one support when required.
• Maintain student discipline, engagement, and motivation.
• Prepare notes, visuals, and lesson plans for effective learning.
• Stay updated with market trends, data, and daily developments.
• Work with the academic team to improve content and student experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (commerce, finance, economics, or related field preferred).
• Basic understanding of the stock market (trading/investing knowledge preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in speaking to groups or explaining concepts.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow through training.
• Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
