Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in MS-Excel to track progress and measure success. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
