About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our international IT infrastructure team. This role will involve managing basic system administration tasks and providing first-level support to our international teams/employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems, databases, and cloud platforms using tools like Microsoft, VMWare, PRTG, Arctic Wolf, and Defender.
• Assist in user management, including account creation and permissions.
• Consolidation of existing data, support with data Analysis and provision of basic data for IT controlling, e.g. capacity and license management
• execute patch management tasks, including VMWare, Citrix, and Windows updates.
• Provide first-level international support, troubleshooting infrastructure and client issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of system administration and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with patch management and basic infrastructure support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and support international teams across various time zones.
• Proficiency in German is an advantage but not a requirement. Candidates must, however, have a minimum of B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively within the international teams and our headquarters.
