As a System Administrator in Greater Hyderabad Area, your role will involve handling day-to-day tasks related to System Administration, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Network Administration, and Information Technology. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in routine system maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and firmware upgrades. - Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues. - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues. - Set up and manage user accounts and access control in collaboration with senior administrators. - Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. - Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. - Implement security measures to protect systems and data. - Engage in learning opportunities to build technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies. Qualification & Skills: - Strong understanding with 1-2 years of experience in System Administration, Network Administration, and Information Technology. - Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and technical support in an enterprise environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus. - Experience in maintaining and upgrading software and hardware systems. - Knowledge of servers, database management, and security protocols. - Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+. - Familiarity with ERP technologies like SAP ERP, CRM technologies like Salesforce. - Good understanding and training knowledge of Cloud Technology like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
