Job Description

Are you an Architect passionate about Sustainable Design and Simulation-led Practices?


Junior Architect / Sustainability Analyst


Key Responsibilities

Design & Architecture

  • Assist in designing climate-responsive spatial layouts and detail development.
  • Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and presentations using computational tools.
  • Participate in site visits and material explorations with a focus on sustainability.


Sustainability & Performance Simulations

  • Conduct energy modeling, daylight analysis, and HVAC/heat load simulations under senior guidance.
  • Run CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations using tools like DesignBuilder, Ladybug, or OpenStudio.
  • Assist with documentation for LEED, GRIHA, IGBC, or other green building certifications.
  • Coordinate with teams on project submittals, BOQs, and compliance reports.


Research & Visualization

  • Contribute to data collection, scripting/automation support, and knowledge database creation.
  • Create clean, compelling visuals and data-driven presentations for client pitches, reports, and social media.
  • Attend meetings and reviews as a notetaker/observer, gradually transitioning into an active contributor.


Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Arch (Architecture degree is a must)
  • Strong interest or background in sustainability, building science, and green architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, MS Office
  • Familiarity with Ladybug/Honeybee, OpenStudio, or DesignBuilder is a bonus

  • Ability to sketch, iterate, and think critically in both design and data


Location & Schedule

  • Full-time | Work from Office 
  • Mon-Sat (9:30 am – 6:30 pm)
  • GGSIPU Campus, East Delhi, New Delhi
