Job Description: Role Overview: As a Jr. Support Engineer at RWS Technology Services India, you will be responsible for providing 24x7x365 monitoring support to the client infrastructure across the globe. You will be part of a team that ensures the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability by responding to alerts, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24x7x365 L1 support (night shift) to monitor the infrastructure. - Respond promptly and effectively to alerts and notifications from various systems. - Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. - Identify, investigate, resolve, and escalate technical problems following established guidelines. - Monitor and track raised issues to ensure timely resolution. - Work collaboratively with the team to meet service level agreements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reported issues. Qualifications Required: - 0-1 year of experience in a similar role. - Understanding of cloud technologies, with preference given to AWS knowledge. - Proficiency in ticketing tools and knowledge of monitoring tools is advantageous. - Strong documentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a 24x7x365 environment, either independently or as part of a team. - Excellent command of the English language. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good organizational skills.
