Junior Support & Deployment Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support & Deployment Engineer to assist in site installations, device configuration, and client support activities. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and installation partners to ensure smooth deployment and support operations for Spintly Access Control Systems (ACS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation and setup of Spintly devices at client sites.
• Support installation partners during deployments by providing guidance on hardware and software setups.
• Coordinate with the support team for troubleshooting and issue resolution on-site or remotely.
• Help prepare and test POC (Proof of Concept) devices before client demos.
• Assist in basic software configuration and user onboarding after installation.
• Maintain documentation of installation details, configurations, and issue logs.
• Communicate with senior engineers or clients to gather and relay technical requirements.
• Follow standard installation and quality procedures as defined by the team.
• Support deployment coordination activities such as aligning technicians and material tracking.
• Provide first-level technical support to clients when required.
• Installing ACS devices, door locks, wiring the devices to the lock, and getting the
• door setup ready will be a major part of the job.
• Troubleshoot wiring, fixing the alignment and installation-related issues.
• Wi-Fi and network configuration.
• Provide on-site technical support for installation and maintenance activities.
• You will be working with our sales and support team to plan the deployments.
• This job involves working in the weekend based on requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related field).
• Basic understanding of networking and access control systems preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in field environments and coordinate with clients and partners.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
• 1- 2yrs exp

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of IoT devices or access control systems.
• Hands-on experience in hardware installation or troubleshooting (internship or academic project or professional exp).
• Familiarity with Android apps or cloud-based systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
