Job Title: Junior Store Executive – GRN

Department: Stores / Inventory / GRN

Location: Pimplas, Bhiwandi.

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Production / Any Graduate)

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan
• Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry in ERP/system accurately
• Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials
• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Stores teams for material inspection
• Maintain proper documentation for GRN, invoices, and inward registers
• Ensure correct labeling, storage, and identification of materials
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to concerned departments
• Assist in inventory control, stock verification, and audits
• Follow safety, 5S, and store management procedures
• Support issue and return of materials as per requirement

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of GRN process and inventory management
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Basic MS Excel and computer skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in shop floor / warehouse environment
