Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and hospitality management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality menus for various events and functions.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant chain.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
