Role Overview: As a Junior Sous Chef at CGH Earth located in Kumbakonam, you will play a vital role in assisting the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining cleanliness standards, overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to menu planning, development, and training junior staff members.
