Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at Jenneys Residency. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet the hotel's standards.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including cooking and food preparation
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Experience in a similar role or culinary education is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
