Job Description

Position : Junior Shopify Developer Location : Indore Roles and Responsibilities: Javascript knowledge required. Technical & Professional Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Shopify admin tools and functionality. Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Proficiency in Liquid programming language. Knowledge with Shopify APIs (Storefront and Admin APIs). Familiarity with Shopify Scripts, Shopify Flow, and Post-Purchase flows. Hands-on experience with Shopify UI Extensions and Functions. Basic understanding of Shopify app development. Willingness to work with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React (moderate-level knowledge preferred). Knowledge in Shopify theme development, customization, and app integration. Expertise in integrating and configuring third-party apps. Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all aspects of the eCommerce platform. Analyze project and task requirements, providing detailed solutions and time estimates. Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates and trends to implement innovative solutions. Guide and mentor developers to improve their technical skills and productivity. Lead problem-solving efforts and ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects. Collaborate on project planning and manage technical aspects of implementations. Motivate team members and foster a productive work environment. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Expert-level knowledge of Liquid programming language. Clear understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery. Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills: Knowledge with third-party integrations and apps (e.g., payment gateways, ERP, CRM). Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices. Knowledge of server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, or Ruby on Rails). Knowledge with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Shopify projects.
