The Qualifications We Seek


  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree

    in

    Information Technology, Computer Science

    , or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting

    desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and peripherals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to recommend alternative solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport and maintain relationships with users


Your Daily Tasks


  • Monitor support queue to ensure prompt responses and SLA compliance for Level 1 issues, including:
  • Password resets (AD, 3rd party software, voicemail pin resets)
  • User account creation for new hires and termination for separations
  • Workstation setup and imaging for new users
  • Perform first and second-level support, troubleshooting, and tuning for desktops and laptops
  • Integrate with third-party deployment and support providers as required
  • Apply security best practices and work with specialists to minimize vulnerabilities
  • Build credibility with clients by providing solutions and maintaining relationships
  • Recommend alternative solutions to meet customer needs and improve efficiency
  • Support cross-functional teams and maintain documentation for training purposes
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support when necessary
  • Complete other duties as assigned
