Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Service Delivery Consultant, located in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Service Delivery Consultant will be responsible for managing IT service delivery, ensuring service excellence, working on IT service management, and providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and managing IT services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Skills in IT Service Delivery and IT Service Management
• Experience in Service Delivery and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Information Technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is beneficial
• Experience in ERP systems and supply chain software is a plus
