Role Description

This is a contract role for a Support Consultant - 24/7 Team. The role is based in Noida with the flexibility for some work from home, making it a hybrid role. The Support Consultant will provide technical and customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing consulting tasks, and using analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently. The consultant will work in shifts to ensure 24/7 availability for client support.
