Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Representative based in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Himmatnagar and Baroda. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, following up on leads, presenting property options, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales strategies to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting Vistaram Realty’s projects and services. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to present and negotiate sales agreements Customer service and relationship management skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets Understanding of the real estate market and trends Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Show more Show less
