Job Description: Junior Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience. The role involves assisting the sales team in achieving targets, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs in the real estate sector.
• Actively seek out potential clients through cold calling, site visits, networking, and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and accompany clients for property visits.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations on projects and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales reports.
• Ensure availability of project brochures, price lists, and stock inventory for demonstrations.
• Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and client meets.
• Handle initial client queries and escalate concerns to senior sales staff when needed.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
• Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market trends preferred.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms for lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field.
