Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role for a Junior Sales Executive, based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home for certain responsibilities. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies. Additional daily tasks include presenting and pitching company services to potential clients, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and the ability to work in a hybrid work setup
  • Familiarity with media production or content creation industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in diverse sectors including retail, hotels, restaurants, caf s, architects, interior designers, real estate, lifestyle brands, and e-commerce businesses using LinkedIn, automation tools, referrals, and networking events.

Client Acquisition:

Conduct outreach via calls, emails, social media DMs and event interactions to pitch North Light Studio's full range of photography services and convert leads into paying clients.

Sales Pipeline Tracking:

Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, status updates, and progression from inquiry to booking for varied service categories.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients across hospitality, retail, design, and lifestyle segments; encourage repeat business, gather feedback, and secure testimonials.

Networking & Partnerships:

Represent North Light Studio at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events; forge partnerships with agencies, consultants, and service providers aligned to target markets.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on trends, competitors, and innovations in product, interior, food, lifestyle, hotel, and e-commerce photography; provide feedback to management for service and pitch refinement.

Reporting & KPIs:

Submit weekly/monthly reports on leads, bookings, conversion rates, revenue growth, pipeline status, and feedback from diverse client segments.
