Junior Retention Specialist

About Us:

Adbuffs is a performance marketing agency specializing in Google, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify, Email marketing, Social Media Consultancy, and Search Marketing Consultancy.

As a Junior Retention Specialist for our clients, you’ll work closely with internal and external partners (CXOs,Media Buyers,Designer,Copywriters,Strategist) delivering top notch performance marketing services.

You’ll work closely with our client, and ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiencies in the creation and deployment of that client’s campaigns.

THE ROLE:

• Assist in the development and execution of customer retention strategies, including identifying opportunities for improving customer loyalty and reducing churn.
• Contribute to the execution of retention campaigns, including email marketing, whatsapp marketing, customer outreach, and targeted promotions, to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
• Setup email campaigns in Klaviyo/KwikEngage//Omnisend/Contlo/Mailchimp/Mailerlite etc Email marketing tools.
• Setup WhatsApp campaigns in Quickreply/Bitespeed/Zoko/Interakt/BuisnessOnBot/Delightchat etc
• Collaborate proactively with the design and copy team for email and WhatsApp designs and copy.
• Track the performance of campaigns and make structured reports
• Monitor and engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and gather feedback to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

THE BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

• Ownership & Accountability of the accounts assigned
• Understand the time sensitivity of the job and adhere to the marketing calendar/timelines
• Basic copywriting knowledge
• Ability to create lead generation and nurture campaigns.
• Understanding of Cohorts and analysis.
• Tremendous attention to detail.
• Methodical approach and critical view of activities.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute meaningfully to brainstorming sessions
• Ability to share your thoughts and ideas with client and team members in a professional and structured manner

Other Details:

• Job Location: On-Site (Kolkata), Work at Office @ Saltlake Sector V, Kolkata.
• Working days & Job Timings: Monday - Friday, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
