Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Junior QS Engineer (Civil / Construction)

Assist in preparing quantity take-off and cost estimates from drawings and site measurements.
Support in preparation and verification of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Prepare and maintain measurement sheets for work executed at site.
Assist in preparation of subcontractor bills and client running account (RA) bills.
Conduct rate analysis and support senior QS in tendering & bidding works.
Monitor material consumption and reconcile with approved BOQ quantities.
Record variations, deviations, and assist in preparing claims.
Maintain proper documentation of quantity, billing, and project cost records.
Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, and procurement team.
Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and reporting.
Support in preparation of final bill and project handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and specifications.
