Junior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full time on-site Junior Quality Manager with Entry-Mid level experience to join our team in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our production processes, maintaining adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with our production and design teams. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to our New Product Development (NPD) process, allowing for professional growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Salary Commensurate with Experience

18,000 - 25,000 INR per month.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor daily production output quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Control Plans & Quality Systems.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and parameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Utilize measuring instruments, including verniers and gauges, for quality control.
• Generate and present quality reports.
• Contribute to quality assurance during the New Product Development (NPD) process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1.5-2 years of Entry-Mid level experience in a quality control or quality management role.
• Basic in SolidWorks.
• Basic in GD&T
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (verniers, gauges, etc.).
• Prior understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies
• Familiar with quality standard like PDI, CAPA, 5S etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong & Clear written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience with the NPD process is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
