Junior Python Developer

About the Role

Metaphi Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Python Developer with experience in FastAPI and Django. The role includes backend development, API integration, and building scalable software solutions for various client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using FastAPI and Django.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
• Work closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI and Django.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
• Experience using Git.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of asynchronous programming (AsyncIO).
• Experience with Docker or containerized development.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
