The role

We’re hiring a Python Developer (at least Internship-level experience)

You won’t just be writing code - you’ll work alongside product owners and senior developers to break down real-world challenges into clean, modular Python solutions. You’ll be expected to learn fast, think critically, contribute actively, and see things through to delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Translate problem statements into structured, maintainable Python code
• Build internal modules, APIs, and backend components for intelligent workflows
• Integrate third-party services and REST APIs
• Collaborate with the team to test, debug, and optimize deployments
• Write clear documentation for the tools you build
• Communicate updates, blockers, and feedback in a clear, async-first style

What we're looking for

• Strong Python programming skills (academic, project, or internship experience is fine)
• Good understanding of backend development and API integrations
• Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django (academic/project exposure counts)
• Logical thinking and a sharp eye for problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, or a willingness to learn fast
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata and work onsite

• Salary

  : ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per year (based on skill and fit)
