Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Purchasing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Jr. Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement processes, including negotiating with suppliers, evaluating supply options, and ensuring procurement activities meet company standards. Key tasks include maintaining supplier relationships, developing purchasing strategies, managing inventory, monitoring market trends, and supplier evaluation and ratings. The role also involves ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Follow-up on PO and timely management of material delivery,

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, and supplier relationship management
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Keen understanding of inventory management
• Ability to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, ERP
• Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is a must.
