As a Junior Project Manager, you should be comfortable with technology projects for web and mobile and be a bridge between various stakeholders on the project A background on software development is essential. Essential Skills Knowledge and working with JIRA, Github Projects or any other project management tools Maintaining client relationships Manage team allocations Vendor management Adept at managing multiple projects at a time Proven organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification is desirable. Key Responsibilities Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are achieved. Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines and outcomes. Support the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. Assist in evaluating project performance and implementing improvements. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding project management methodologies.
