About the Role:

• The Junior Officer will support the Sales and Marketing team in managing day-to-day customer and commercial activities.
• This role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, handling documentation, reporting, and payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
• The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist the sales team in day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities
• • Approach customers along with the sales team for existing and new business opportunities
• • Act as a single point of contact for customers on behalf of the organization
• • Handle commercial activities such as quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer-related issues
• • Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and other internal/external reports
• • Perform daily routine activities including customer reporting and system data entry
• • Manage account reconciliation activities
• • Monitor recoveries, outstanding payments, and amortization for assigned customers
• • Follow up with customers for timely payment realization
• • Maintain and manage control documents as per company regulations
• • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes
