Roles and Responsibilities

Manage loan processing from receipt to disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Conduct credit analysis, appraisal, and verification of documents for loan applications.
Provide sales support by generating leads through various channels (B2C & B2B) and converting them into business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loans.
