Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Officer, located in Thrissur. The Junior Officer will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day banking operations, processing loans, handling customer queries, performing transaction management, and providing administrative support. The role requires interaction with clients and providing solutions tailored to their needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Administrative and Transaction Management skills
• Basic knowledge of Banking and Financial Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
