Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Officer to support our finance and accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining financial records and supporting documents. Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments. Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions. Prepare and submit monthly GST returns and TDS data. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Coordinate with vendors and clients for invoice clarification and payments. Support in preparing financial reports and assisting during audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers can apply). Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Tally ERP or other accounting software. Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
