Job Description:

HiLITE Group is hiring a Junior Officer – Accounts for Palaxi Cinemas. The role involves supporting the Accounts & Finance team in handling daily accounting activities related to cinema operations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations of cinema activities
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and invoices
• Record transactions in Tally/ERP
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements
• Support monthly closing of accounts
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
• Coordinate with cinema operations teams for revenue and expense data
• Assist with basic statutory compliance (GST, TDS)

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
