Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with buyers for order requirements and approvals
• Handling sampling, order follow-ups, and production tracking
• Communicating with internal teams (design, production, quality) to ensure timely delivery
• Preparing and maintaining T&A (Time & Action) calendars
• Ensuring product quality and delivery timelines are met
• Managing documentation and reports related to merchandising activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1

  years of experience

  in merchandising
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of garment production and textile processes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email correspondence)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile/Fashion/Garment Merchandising
• Experience in knitwear or Tirupur-based factories will be an added advantage
