Junior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Technical Documentation -

   Strong ability to prepare, manage, and understand engineering documentation and reports.
•  

  Mechanical Drawing Interpretation -

  Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.

• Design Software Proficiency -

  Hands-on experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA for 2D and 3D design.

• Mechanical Testing Knowledge -

   Basic understanding of mechanical testing methods including stress, strain, durability, and performance tests relevant to agricultural equipment.

• Research and Product Benchmarking -

  Skilled in conducting machine research and preparing benchmarking documents for existing agricultural tools and machinery.

  Manufacturing Process Knowledge -

  Understanding of manufacturing methods including casting, machining, welding, and fabrication processes.

• Basic Electrical/Electronic Knowledge

  - Awareness of electro-mechanical systems used in modern agricultural tools.

• Material Selection and Analysis -

   Familiarity with engineering materials and their properties for appropriate application in design and production.

  Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking -

  Ability to troubleshoot issues in design and manufacturing with a structured problem-solving approach.
•  

  Communication & Team Collaboration -

   Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Quality and Safety Awareness -

   Knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols applicable to mechanical systems and agricultural equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
