Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across social media, content, and brand storytelling. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of digital platforms. The position offers an opportunity to learn hands-on marketing execution while growing into larger projects in styling, campaign ideation, and cross-channel brand development over time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Calendar & Planning

Assist in building and maintaining a monthly content calendar across social media, website, newsletters, and in-store events.

Coordinate with internal teams (merchandisers, store teams, stylists, e-commerce) to align marketing activities with product drops, events, and retail priorities.

Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure marketing communication launches seamlessly.

Support the marketing managers in brainstorming seasonal campaigns.

Content Creation & Writing

Draft engaging copy for social media posts, newsletters, and marketing assets in line with Ensemble's editorial brand voice as and when required.

Create basic design briefs for creative assets (in collaboration with designers/agency partners).

Research trends, cultural moments, and competitive references to feed into Ensemble's storytelling and positioning.

Support ideation for creative campaigns, product features, and styling content (such as lookbooks, styling tips, and seasonal edits).

Support the marketing team on shoot days with styling assistance, product handling, and logistics.

Social Media Management

Upload and schedule posts, ensuring timely and consistent brand communication across platforms.

Assist in day-to-day community engagementresponding to comments, DMs, and inquiries where required.

Monitor trending formats and recommend relevant ideas for higher engagement.

Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and designers for content creation when needed.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance of campaigns and content using tools such as Instagram Insights, Pinterest Insights , GA4, or MoEngage etc.

Prepare basic weekly and monthly performance reports for review.

Identify learnings and provide recommendations for optimization.

Cross-Functional & In-Store Marketing

Assist with the execution of in-store marketing requirements, including vendor coordination for signage, displays, and other marketing collaterals.

Support marketing initiatives beyond campaignssuch as loyalty program activities, brand anniversary activations, and other brand-led initiatives.

Help prepare marketing collaterals and invites for in-store events and pop -ups when required.

Coordinate with store teams to ensure on-ground activations align with brand campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

02 years of experience in marketing, fashion, or luxury retail.

Strong writing skills with an understanding of brand tone and storytelling.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management tools

Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to evolving priorities
