As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing options. Provide styling advice and help customers select outfits. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Handle billing and operate POS systems accurately. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store. Assist in managing stock, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing products. Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Stay updated on fashion trends, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions. Requirements Education : Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience : 0–2 years in retail, fashion, or customer service (Freshers welcome). Skills : Excellent communication in Hindi & English (local language is a plus). Strong customer service and sales skills. Presentable, polite, and confident personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
