Junior Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

* Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools for tracking leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

* Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones for ongoing marketing initiatives and customer acquisition.

* Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, customers, and potential clients to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.

* Identify, nurture, and convert prospective leads into active clients through targeted marketing campaigns and effective follow-ups.

* Conduct field visits (if applicable) to potential and existing clients to build and strengthen relationships, understand client requirements, and offer customized solutions.

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing performance, lead status, and client engagement activities.

* Conduct market research and generate reports on competitor analysis, market trends, and visibility status.

* Execute focused marketing campaigns based on industry segments, geographical territories, and service offerings to drive engagement and generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
