Job Summary:

The Junior Maintenance Executive (Refrigeration) is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role involves preventive maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and supporting the senior maintenance team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including chillers, freezers, and HVAC units.
• Diagnose issues in refrigeration circuits, compressors, condensers, and evaporators, and carry out necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Monitor system performance and record temperature logs, pressure readings, and maintenance data.
• Support in maintaining spare parts inventory and report requirements to the supervisor.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergency maintenance calls.
• Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized services when required.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and assist in preparing reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in refrigeration or HVAC maintenance (fresh graduates may also apply).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, components, and working principles.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
