Junior Legal Associate

Job Description :

Talrop is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Legal Associate to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities :

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including contracts, agreements, mou and other related materials.
• Conduct legal research to support the preparation of documentation and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with senior legal staff to ensure documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract negotiations and manage communications with external parties as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of legal documents.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries of legal matters for management review.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization.

Required Qualification and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; Minimum 1 Year or recent law graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and concepts is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
