Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Java Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Java-based development and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) . The ideal candidate will assist in building and maintaining scalable backend applications and cloud-based solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful APIs. Integrate applications with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway. Collaborate with senior developers and DevOps engineers to implement cloud-native solutions. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Debug and resolve software issues in development, testing, and production environments. Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications on AWS. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in Java development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with Spring Boot , Maven/Gradle , and RESTful APIs . Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and Docker . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate). Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation , Terraform ). Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) . Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. Show more Show less
