Junior IT Support Engineer (Fresher) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as a Junior IT Support Engineer. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to develop their skills in managing and troubleshooting Hybrid Azure AD Join devices, as well as registering and managing mobile devices in Azure AD and Intune. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Hybrid Azure AD Join Device Management: o Assist in managing and troubleshooting Hybrid Azure AD Join devices on the client side. o Perform basic diagnostics and resolve issues related to device registration, connectivity, and synchronization. o Support device enrollment and policy deployment for Windows endpoints. 2. Mobile Device Management (MDM): o Register and manage mobile devices (iOS and Android) in Azure AD and Intune. o Configure, troubleshoot, and enforce compliance policies for mobile devices. o Resolve issues related to device registration, app deployments, and user access. 3. User Support: o Provide first-level technical support for Azure AD Join and Intune-registered devices. o Assist end-users in resolving common issues related to device access, compliance, and security policies. o Document common troubleshooting steps and share knowledge with team members. 4. Communication and Collaboration: o Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their technical issues. o Collaborate with senior IT staff and escalate unresolved issues as needed. o Provide timely updates and maintain accurate documentation for all support activities. ________________________________________ Qualifications and Skills: 1. Technical Skills: o Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and Intune. o Familiarity with Windows OS, iOS, and Android operating systems. o Knowledge of mobile device registration and compliance policies is a plus. o Willingness to learn and grow technical skills through hands-on experience. 2. Communication Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. o Proactive in following up with users to ensure resolution and satisfaction. 3. Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. o Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. ________________________________________ Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus but not mandatory).
