Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior IT Sales Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Junior IT Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, specifically for IT roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and ensure the best talent fit for each position.
