Job Description

Job Summary & Key responsibilities:

We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our customers. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for our websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding guidelines. You will be working closely with our IT team to ensure proper and work.

Set up hardware, software, and networks per IT policies.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support. Assist senior IT staff with tasks and projects. Stay updated on technology trends and advancements. Collaborate with team members for smooth IT operations. Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Manage networking equipment (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi). Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure Perform system updates and routine maintenance.
