Junior Inventory Executive

The Inventory Junior Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records of jewellery items, ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of stock, and supporting inventory control processes. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of jewellery categories, and adherence to company policies for stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of jewellery stock (gold, diamond, gemstones, silver, etc.).
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Support in inward & outward stock entry, tagging, and barcoding of jewellery pieces.
• Coordinate with sales and store teams for stock availability and replenishment.
• Monitor and record stock transfers between branches or departments.
• Assist during physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for issue/receipt of jewellery items.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of jewellery as per safety standards.
• Generate stock-related reports and share with seniors as required.
• Stay updated with inventory management processes in the jewellery industry.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Knowledge of jewellery types, weights, purity, and hallmarking is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory software (ERP, Tally, or jewellery retail software).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
