We’re Hiring: Junior Interior designers At metaphor, we believe that every space should nurture its inhabitants and the environment around it. We’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer who shares our passion for thoughtful design, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in translating client dreams into beautiful, functional interiors that align with our values of sustainability and aesthetic integrity. What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with clients and teams to understand project goals • Create mood boards, floor plans, 3D designs, and working drawings • Bring spaces to life with a refined design sensibility and taste • Select materials, finishes, and furniture with care and purpose • Ensure designs meet budgets, timelines, and sustainability benchmarks • Stay current with trends and tools—from SketchUp to Lumion What We’re Looking For: • 0–4 years of experience in residential interiors • A degree in Architecture or interior design. • Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills • Mastery in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit & Adobe Suite • A deep appreciation for sustainability and human-centric design If you’ve got the drive to co-create meaningful homes that blend elegance and earth-consciousness—and love collaborating with diverse, talented minds—we’d love to hear from you.
