Junior Implementation Administrator

The Implementation Executive role at Brandtech+ involves supporting project management within the Implementation team, coordinating day-to-day activities, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with implementation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Foster and maintain internal relationships to facilitate smooth project execution. - Support key internal and client-facing kick-off meetings to align objectives and expectations. - Assist with day-to-day tasks on all implementations, ensuring timely and standard project delivery. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned actions and deliverables. - Maintain and update implementation plans to ensure project elements are aligned and progressing on schedule. - Assist in regular client status meetings, contributing to updates and ensuring client satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to compliance of actions and practices within the implementation framework. - Maintain timesheet compliance and manage OMG data for correct job setup and tracking. Qualifications Required: - Some experience in an account management or project management role, preferably within the creative or tech industries. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients. - Proficiency in data management and maintaining documentation for compliance and tracking project progress.
