This position involves coordinating day-to-day activities, managing internal and client relationships, and ensuring compliance with implementation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or project management within the creative or tech sectors and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Relationship Management:** - Foster and maintain internal relationships to facilitate smooth project execution. - Support key internal and client-facing kick-off meetings to align objectives and expectations. - **Project Support and Coordination:** - Assist with day-to-day tasks on all implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned actions and deliverables. - **Implementation Planning:** - Maintain and update implementation plans, ensuring all project elements are aligned and progressing according to schedule. - Assist in regular client status meetings, contributing to updates and ensuring client satisfaction. - **Compliance and Data Management:** - Ensure adherence to the compliance of actions and practices within the implementation framework. - Maintain timesheet compliance and manage OMG data to ensure all jobs are set up and tracked correctly. **Qualifications Required:** - Some experience in an account management or project management role, ideally within the creative or tech industries. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and communicating with clients. - Proficiency in data management and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance and track project progress. **Additional Company Details:** Brandtech+ has set ambitious environmental goals around sustainability, with science-based emissions reduction targets.
