Position: Junior HR Executive

Location: Belghoria, Kolkata

Working Days: 6 Days

Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: 10,000 – 14,000

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply / HR/Recruitment internship will be a plus)

Preference: Female candidates preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

Maintain employee attendance & HR documentation.

Support HR operations and administrative tasks.

Help in employee engagement activities and internal coordination.

Skills Required:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree (BBA/HR/Business Administration or any relevant field).

Internship experience in HR or recruitment will be considered an advantage.
